We’ve committed to The Property Ombudsman Service (TPOS) for Residential Estate Agents, meaning we offer more consumer protection than is required by law – so you’ve got extra peace of mind when you sell your property with us. TPOS offers a free, independent service for helping with disputes between Buyers or Sellers, or landlords or tenants, of residential property in the UK.

Each and every viewing request will come to us first, where we’ll qualify and vet each request - then contact you to arrange a time that’s convenient. You have the choice of doing the viewing yourself, ask us to accompany you or leave the whole thing up to us. After the viewing we’ll contact the viewer to either negotiate the sale or ask for feedback – which we’ll then discuss with you.

With all, or most, of the paperwork already done in advance of the auction, you can exchange on the day or work to a timetable depending on whether or not you have entered in to a conditional or unconditional contract.
